Job Profile: With Deloitte Global Mobility - HR team, as a Tax Senior I have some major responsibilities which are outlined below:
Work closely with the US Payroll Processing team to provide the Payroll feed to the client to run the Payrolls.
Audit of General Ledger accounts to validate all open items and ensure action plans for all items to be resolved in timely fashion.

Job Profile: With the Core Talent Services team, as a Senior my roles and responsibilities included the below:
Ensure compliance with HR policies & procedures
Collecting employee feedback on the department to evaluate satisfaction rate
Interact and build relations with Team Leaders, all other Partners and Business Services Team Leaders across the US region, providing business-focused support by Resource Management. Assisted the Global Teams in analyzing the staffing requirements and implementing manpower plans.
Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection and recommending changes

Employee retention, grievance discussion and performance evaluation, and performance management system. Reduce employee grievance & close absconding, termination cases on high priority.
Soliciting feedback and analyzing the feedback and collating the performance evaluation forms for over 500+ employees
Track Lead for one of the largest service lines across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai & Gurgaon offices of Deloitte U.S. India
Work closely with business function leads as a recruitment partner to manage demand, and business exigencies on staffing.
Strong focus on strategy, planning, driving fulfillment metrics for hiring right talent
Acting trusted adviser to the business, providing an in-depth understanding of the talent market and trends, and anticipating future developments that may impact our ability to attract and hire top talent
