• Management of manpower, equipments and materials
• To prepare and close out Snag lists and arrange inspection with Qatar rail for tunnel handing over
• To make a daily report, accident and incident report
• Monitoring and evaluating the progress of work and suggest measures to expedite the work if found to be behind the schedule
• Apply Permit to Work Application and attend meeting as a work planner weekly base
• To support everything that TBM1&2 need
• To analyse the both data of TBM for pre-scheduling
• Management of just-in-time manpower and equipments
• Secondary grouting management regarding schedule and data
• To make a daily report, accident and incident report
• Stringent safety checks with safety to prevent an accident at all site
• To check visiting schedule of Client and Public institution and site arrangement
• Maintenance and repair decrepit facilities
• Management of construction works occurring in school
• Remuneration management of school staffs
