• Handling a team of 6-8 people under Store Manager’s supervision and ensuring strategies implementation, achievement of individual sales targets are met.
• Currently leading junior sales team and driving good business of watches & accessories through key accounts with profit center responsibility.
o Re-Allocation of the merchandise subject to requirement with immediate effect.
• Responsible for Visual Merchandising
o To ascertain that the product is displayed to the best its advantage in terms of Window displays, thematic display of the merchandise in the store on regular basis.
• Delegate duties to juniors / trainees and Training the store staff, for better returns in terms of customer service and product knowledge.
• Close co-ordination with Accounts Dept. for the Daily Sales Report
• Internal communication and back office administration.
• Building positive relations with Manager, colleagues and customers
• Attending various training and seminars held by the Principal Company imparting In Depth knowledge about the brand and the various aspects related to the brand.
• Coordinating with Store Manager for generating Quantitative and Qualitative reports on regular basis to understand and analyze the
o Reasons of achievement/Non-achievement
o Reports like targeted vs. achieved sales
o Stock cover, aging, markdowns, discounts, percentage share of the Dept/Brand vis-visa etc.
• Interfacing with mall management
