In this strategic operations management role, led all functional business areas and staff throughout the Area. Directly managed two branches and 16 team members. Provided ongoing coaching and training on tactics, products, and client management principles. Coordinated a targeted program of outreach efforts that included visits, calls and referral development to increase client base. Member of the Jadswa start-up team.

Rose to Branch Manager role in the Al-Khobar Aqrabiyah Branch in 2005. Held responsibilities for all operational and strategic functions, with a focus on maximizing branch revenues, sales, and customer satisfaction. Recruited, trained and managed branch staff -28 team members. Developed and directed branch sales strategy targeted to the local market. Responsible for all compliance matters.
