Project management activities (planning, execution and close out) for IT in a 3 PL pharmaceutical logistics supply chain environment (order to cash). Bigger projects included the outsourced development of a distribution system, the conversion of a bespoke Debtors Management system to SAP and the consolidation of business units (from an IT perspective).

Program to implement hardware in Los Angeles and Frankfurt, install and evaluate a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) with new features of Single Sign On and Portal technologies, and implement a Reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) system.
Reason for leaving: Global projects completed successfully, and within global economic economic climate, strategic decision made was made not to start any new projects. Position was made redundant.
