Supervise cashiers of their transactions and manual checking of cashier currencies for end of day balancing. Ensure staff to give best service to clients and to develop good relationship with clients and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Checking and Clearing of all blocked transaction for any suspicious transfer or money laundering
Responsible for servicing client's transactions by processing worldwide bank telegraphic transfer, Western Union transfer, demand draft, bills payments & remittances. Assist customers regarding inquiries on basic products and services of the exchange. Managed customer relationships, and provided qualitative client services. Reported on daily functions to the Branch Head.
Processing of incoming remittances from UAE, KSA, Hong Kong, Singapore, Europe. Preparing Bank Checks & Debit Advice in the allocation of funds on tie-ups and couriers. Preparing appropriate accounting entries of all processed transactions. Monitoring and updating of delivery status of remittance from foreign desk office and tie-up and handles all inquiries.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
