Assisting candidates with registration (using IAM system, capture photos, finger scan) for IELTS. Hand out appropriate exam materials to candidates. Invigilate candidates for both General Training as well as Academic IELTS. Responsible for all admin-related tasks.
Maintaining high-level confidentiality with the company documents. Managing an accurate filing system on all contracts, including flagging all expiring contracts. Maintain and follow up on customer payment tracking system. Issue invoices to customers and external partners. Assist clients at sites for the purchase of marine equipment’s Prepare, organize paperwork and other materials as needed for meetings. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. Assist with ad hoc project work as directed by commercial manager Making travel arrangements (ticket & hotel) and ensure that supporting travel documentation is in place. Prepare quotations for all marine equipment’s. Prepare timeline sheets to check attendance monthly and process salary transfer.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Developed various sources of agents hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipeline.
● Identify potential advisors and Recruitment of a team in accordance with the business plan & sourcing business for the company.
● Facilitate training, monitor the development, and give feedback to advisors regarding their performance.
● Ensured companies product mix sales ratio and adhere to the business norms.
• Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics and cost.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
• Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and identify prices of goods, services and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers.
• Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.
• Total, batch and reconcile transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll, purchase orders, cheques, invoices, cheque requisitions, and bank statements in a ledger.
• Prepare cost statements and reports.
• Calculate costs of materials, overhead and other expenses based on estimates, quotations, and price lists.
• Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations and solve problems.
• Arrange for debt repayment and establish repayment schedules, based on customer’s financial situations.
