• Communicating release details to relevant stakeholders, such as
production teams, quality control personnel, and other departments.
• Coordinating with other departments such as sales and marketing, finance
and accounting, transport and logistics to ensure smooth and efficient
finished goods release processes.
• Identifying areas for improvement in finished products release processes
and recommending changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Providing training to other staff on finished product loading release
procedures and protocols.
• Supervision of the finished product loading process to ensure quick and
timely loading and releasing of trucks taking the finished products.

• Checking stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring adequate supplies.
Recording of the Transactions made daily.

Counting and recording of the finished products from different departments.
Making of the necessary paper work.

• Receiving of finished goods, inspect for damage, and store them in
designated areas, ensuring proper labelling and organization.
• Tracking inventory movement, monitor stock levels, and replenish
supplies as needed.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records, including quantities, costs, and
locations, often using inventory management software.
• Identifying and reporting any discrepancies between physical inventory
and recorded levels and recommend corrective actions.
• Preparation of reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and
discrepancies for management.
• Collaborating with other departments, like purchasing and sales, to ensure
efficient inventory flow.
• Conducting physical inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accurate
inventory levels.

• Gathering information about economic indicators, local industries, and
community needs.
• Assisting in analysing data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
related to economic development.
• Researching existing policies and propose new ones to address local
economic issues.
