Currently, I am working as a space planner with office space management unit at Office Services Department of Saudi Aramco in Dhahran.
 Office Space Planner III (May 2012 - to date).

• Completed the planning stage for many Customer Relationship Management (CRM) requests by meeting with end users to get their requirements for proper planning and implementation.
• Completed successfully several assignments such as “B” type buildings assessment study, D&WO temporary office space allocation, Power Systems Consolidation Plan, accommodative ITHRA growth, DH shortfall and Power Systems renovation project.
• Conducted a survey in the local market to identify a lease agreement suitable for additional office space requirements for the Chemicals Department. This task was completed successfully by identifying the required buildings in Dammam city that are meeting the special criteria by Saudi Aramco standards. A presentation was prepared and delivered to management to address the available buildings options and details.
• Handled successfully the following major renovation projects:

o Power Systems renovation project in building 3150.
o West Park Complex renovation project to convert to open space concept.
o Employment center, Building 9135, renovation project.
o Fire protection project in Materials supply building -1965.
o Consolidation plan in D Dhahran Height complex.
o Consolidation plan in west park zone.
o Materials supply building and West Park complex 1, 2 & 3 Main planner.
o Project engineer for special Projects.
o NP Open Plan conversion Project.
o B type Buildings Planner.
o New building / Information Technology & Communication Complex in Riyadh.

 Office Facilities Engineer III, Inspector (May 2010 - May 2012).

• Participated in Yanbu Main Admin Building commissioning team activities. The team visited Yanbu new Building and issued an assessment report that highlighted the findings and provided the required recommendations to comply with OSD standards.
• Designed many office spaces within Aramco buildings with a total of (4552 sq. m) to serve 528 users including major and minor jobs.
• Coordinated and followed up until completion the following major projects:

o RT Marine Department Open Space Concept
o Tanajib Main Admin Building 1st floor refurbishment
o DH Loss Prevention Training Facilities
o D&WO temporary office space allocation
o Power System renovation project
o Employment center project.

Worked on the project of renovation and maintenance of Prince Mohammad bin Fahd Football Stadium in Dammam. Followed up on contractor civil works, made new designs for several locations and provided implementation procedures. Also, supervised the construction and implementation of the new design of main VIP platform at stadium.

Assigned to work on Al-Suhaibani Tower Project, which consists of 16 floors building as Project Engineer to supervise, and monitor the construction and finishing works. Also, worked on the main building of Saudi International Petrochemical Company "SIPCHEM" at Al-Khobar. Involved in preparing the details interior design drawings and supervising the execution on site.
