- Carry out all Project/Mission purchases
- Support in Managing inventories and oversee all
related administration.
- Develop and maintain relations with different
suppliers in order to ensure a stable supply of all
sorts of goods, while guaranteeing best value for
money, desired quality and the most competitive
- Provide invoices with good quality including all
information needed
- Realize proper advance request and settlement
including IR for each invoice item
- Insure all invoices are translated
- Produce a list of back orders each week,
communicate to clients and supply officer
- Insure that the purchased item correspond with
the requested item
- Insure items purchased are of good quality or else
they can be returned
- Record item prices in the price lists and update
variations monthly
- Produce and update a purchase catalogue for
hygiene, stationary, construction and electricity/IT
- Insure that the catalogues are available to clients
- Assist supply officer in developing a supplier list,
reporting information regarding list of articles
available and prices
- Constantly look for new suppliers in order to
obtain best prices and shorter delays
- Establish purchase document (purchase requests
(ie: purchase order) from supply responsible (ie.
Logistic manager, Supply Chain Manager,
specialised logistic assistant, etc), or establish an
advance request.
- Secure stable resources: constantly look for new
suppliers to supply the undertaking at the best
price and shortest delays, and maintain links with
those suppliers to ensure a stable supply of
goods.
- When possible, ask the supplier to package the
goods in a professional manner, ready to be
shipped
- Deliver goods to requested locations
