Tinting system company is a manufacturer of different product lines ( pigment paste for coating, PU foam, leather, fiberglass..., inks for food packaging, liquid masterbatch & pigment powder), we sell in local markets and export to three continents, and am handling all this, coaching sales team, developing sales strategies, business plans for short & long terms, budget, target distribution, am reporting to general manager, 11 people reporting to me, major achievements:
- Developing a work flow system within department
- amending all policies within department in coordination with HR
- building full data base for all markets we cover for all our product lines using CRM
- increasing company revenue by 22% in the 1st year, 28% in the 2nd year, in the 3ed year we are exceeding 45%
