Conceptualizes a building design from a functional and aesthetic perspective in concert with a client’s requirements, budget,
and program.
•Use Revit to draft design drawings, including renderings, 3D models, fly through, and submittal drawings.
•Translate conceptual ideas into architectural graphics and prepare design presentations to communicate ideas to the team.
•Manage and execute design assignments promptly and meet milestones and deadlines.
•Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences. Develop design concepts and translate them into
detailed layouts, elevations, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools.
•To create a variety of exterior and interior architectural 3D models.
•Create +30 efficient and visually appealing villa designs that optimize the use of space, natural light, and ventilation. Consider
factors such as functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
•Research and recommend suitable materials, finishes, and fixtures that align with the design concept and meet quality standards.
•Adapting to each project scale and client budget and providing a custom-tailed project that meets requirements and building
codes simultaneously.
•Participate in the design, selection, coordination, and detailing of architectural solutions.
•Attend regular, on-site meetings to ensure quality control on each project.
•Helps to prepare narratives, architectural graphics, design presentations, drawings, and specification documents with a high
degree of quality, yet about project schedule and budget constraints.
•Schedule and arrange regular site visits according to the construction process.
•Provides solutions to resolve design issues.
•Collaborate with architects, engineers, interior designers, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of architectural
designs with other disciplines. Coordinate with contractors and vendors during the construction phase to address
