Job description
 Developing Dubai market sales of construction machinery product brands of Zoomlion.
 All sales activities related to the promotion and sales of new and existing product portfolio in order to reach the targets in terms of market share, margin, sales turnover, new market applications and development of new customers.
 Follow up and analysis of market evolution, market share and evolution of customer’s priorities and competitor’s activities, generating reports to regional management in order to contribute to development of proactive market strategy and realize forecast action plans.
 Coordination and follow up of technical support and after sales services related to customers, taking corrective actions in order to reach maximum customer’s satisfaction at minimum cost.
 Identifying new projects and the stakeholders, and liaising with contractors and consultants to understand their requirements
and recommend/demonstrate how the appropriate product can meet their needs.
 Management of all trade marketing and promotion activities.
 Follow up on customer’s payments, overseeing customer’s
Payment and Contractual terms and conditions.
 Coordination of product deliveries from principle’s source of supply, coordination of obtaining necessary documents, permits and licenses related to delivery, commissioning and installation.
 Tracking sales results versus individual objectives, maintaining and reporting sales compensation plans, annual and monthly revenue tracking and reporting, and contract processing.
 Ensures all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion.
 Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
 Continues monitoring all sales functions, including CRM to field force teams and drives user adoption, value, and ROI as well as the day-to-day client Services improvement.
 Coordinate training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel in the sales organization supported. Provide input to senior management in the development and administration of sales incentive.

1.conducting the requird tests on materil and concrete as per ln-house inapection and testing according to ASTM and BS standards
2.Updating the mix design, and carry out lab and batching plant trials for various types of concrete mixes ) normal weight, light weight, fomed concrete, self compacting concrete(scc), grouting, guniting and mortar mixes.
3.have experience to handle concrete with cementacious additives like )GGBS, Fly Ash, Micro Silica, and Super poze.)
4.preparing and updating all quality control reports .
5.Updating, preparing and providing documented monthly technical reports, and statistical analysis of test results for all stations in the region.
6.Coordinate with shipping and plant all necessary arrangement before concrete supply .
7.Monitoring the production operations to predict and make sure no any vioiations affecting the quality of products .
8.visiting the job site during concreting to monitor the concrete quantity and placement .
9. particpate in troubleshooting such slump, short delivered quantity, cracks, low strength......etc
