•Ensured large-scale, complex projects were delivered on time and within budget, not limited to design and installation of HVACR cold rooms for Abu Halifa Neighbourhood Centre, New Jaleeb Al Shouykh Fish Market and Kuwait Flour Mill and special refrigeration project with precision room design and installation for Kuwait Institute of Scientific Research.

Delivered excellent engineering operations management and facilities services at Burj Jassim, Munera Commercial Complex and additional mixed-use buildings. Coordinated maintenance operations, focused on preventative and predictive strategies with reactive procedures in place. Oversaw MEP, teams and activities related to electromechanical, plumbing, elevators, ventilation, and firefighting and alarm systems.
Significant Project:
•Monera Commercial Complex HVAC Chillers Replacement & Jabril Ali Co-operative Society Supermarket Refrigeration System Replacement: Led successful and on-time completion of major projects to retrofit and replace HVAC systems while ensuring continuous provision of essential utility services and zero impact to the day-to-day operation of the facilities.

Directed custom designed refrigeration projects from end-to-end, not limited to conducting site surveys and project preparations, placing production orders, system design, and managing installation. Coordinated between Project Execution and Warranty Maintenance departments, suppliers and the client.
