The project is to provide Identity and Access Management infrastructure for single sign on
capabilities to the web applications, centralized user management using Oracle Identity
Manager, LDAP Directory configuration and access control, installation and configuration of
connectors (Oracle E-Business Suite, OID, AD and Exchange), password synchronization,
password policy configuration, webgate installation and configuration, OAM Policy
configuration, OIF configuration as an identity provider for federated SSO.

eCare is an internet based application of a leading telecommunication company of
UK, user can manage their accounts from this portal. This project is aimed to automate the
common operations that we use to do with our CTNs. User can manage their pay monthly,
pay as you go, broadband and TV service accounts from this this portal. User can request
proxy agent to add any service on behalf of user. User can do authenticated and anonymous
Top Up from this portal. We can add freebees to our accounts and there are three levels of
user admin L1, L2 and L3.Admin L1 can manage more child accounts. User can activate text
and pic, calls and minutes and so more by click of toggle button. The customer will have the
ability to provide a date of birth, email address and an alternative telephone number. The
task flow will interact with Siebel through TIL services to update the contact associated with
the logged in online identity. The Fixed Line Availability Checker will ask the customer to
enter address postcode, select address from list if multiple returns, enter GTN (optional),
and then have available fixed line capabilities presented back if look-up successful. If no
results/matches for address found, this will be communicated onscreen to the customer.

This application is currently in use worldwide by several organizations in retail domain. Retail-j
maintains all phases of any kind of product in its retail life cycle i.e. from the time when product is
ready to be sold and till the time it is sold to customer. This application contains three level
hierarchies. At the top of level EM, at second level Store and the lowest level Till.

PPM is part of Torex-HCM - Human Capital Management. The application provides a central-hours
budgeting tool with forecasting and budgeting components.
It provides mainstream planning and enterprise what-if scenarios. This is used to demonstrate
potential cost savings. The forecasting process allows store-managers to view a subset of the central
budget as prepared by head office and selective access can be granted to allow them to edit
forecasts.
This application is currently in use by several organizations which are already using Retail-j.
This application is used to manage employees working in retail organizations.
