Hasib Core ERP Application for Government and Private Sectors, follow the international standards, local regulations and rules.
Modules:
General ledger, Assets, Project follow-up, Human Resources, Payroll, Self Service Portal, Procurement, Warehouse and inventories, Sales.
Technology:
.Net 7, MVC Web API, Angular 14, SQL server 2019.
Responsibilities:
Managing projects on planning, implementation, and tracking. Focuses on daily project tasks and follow up on them as well as providing their status to the supervisors.
Work heavily with EPM to ensure that all processes and artifacts are followed and documented in the correct manner according to the policies and procedures followed within company.
Key Activities:
• Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices considering international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of department to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.
• Follow the Scope defined and work towards Project Objectives.
• Follow up with functional units on task completion.
• Communicating with Stakeholders Internally with Project Updates and Weekly Progress Reports.
• Assist in Identifying Project Risks and provide Mitigation.
• Ensure that all PMO checklist is met and closed.
• Assist in documenting all Lesson Learned and place it in EPM.
• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Comply with all relevant information Security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
With a team of 10 developers, we are developing business cases of HR and payroll systems which belong to well-known large-scale ERP application, my responsibility is:
• Manage the day-to-day the Software Development Life Cycle operations.
• Ability to produce project documentations including: Requirement
• Specification Document, Functional Specification Document, Project Delivery Manuals etc.
• Architect and design system classes and tiers for team projects.
• Implementing Standards, Monitoring Code Quality Control, Applying Testing Methodologies and Insuring Software Quality Assurance.
• Close Coordination with the PMO office by Completing and Distributing weekly reports in coordination with Project Manager.
• Dispatching and Assigning Tasks, Establishing Timelines and Priorities within the team.
• Keeping the motivation level high of all the team members.
• Ensuring a healthy and positive work environment.
• Growth and development of all team members.
• Participate actively in the appraisal process for my team members.
• Map the manpower needs for my team.
• Participate in the recruitment process.
• Client Interaction, and on-site problem discovering and solving.
• Providing Technical Assistance to support technical teams in high level requirements such as Solution Architecture and Optimization of Technology Use according to Software Patterns and Industry Standards.

Responsibilities and Accomplishments:
I was hard working, highly motivated developer which allowed me to participate in many critical tasks like:
• Participate in architect and design ERP / GRP application (HGS.Net suite)
• Participate in writing the foundation classes and tiers for our ERP/GRP Application
• Architect and develop a system for “المركز الوطني للقياس والتقويم في التعليم العالي” using ASP.net, Enterprise Library 3.0, SQL server 2005, Microsoft reporting services, including foundation classes, N-Tier layers, custom controls, etc.
• Developing a communication service (windows service) for sending SMS, Emails and Faxes.
• Developing an ActiveX control to deal with different sorts of scanners using Twain32
• Developing a load balancer software that distribute incoming requests to several web servers using many algorithms, and this NLB software is currently working well on our client's environments.
• Developing a robot system to record and apply automated test cases for our quality assurance department.
• Expert in IIS (version 6 and 7) administration and tuning, .Net framework configuration and deployment process.
• Developing an automation tool for installing releases at customer’s environments, and executes scripts at customer’s databases then send the feedback to release management team.
