*Doing feasibility studies for new projects and tenders, following up and general supervision for local entities and future project.

*Project manager contract with national aviation service comp for supply meals for quarantine service homemade coming from out Kuwait daily 2000 PAX (doing the feasibility study full day meals and supervise production and packaging and distribution to 12 hotels).
*Project manager contract National aviation service company lounges ( 04 lounges in airport ) doing the feasibility study for supply food in buffet 24 hours for passenger and manage the Production in lounge kitchen within fit in cost for the project .

Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

• Welcome customers who enter the restaurant and ensure that they are being looked after by waiters
•Operate cash machines and POS to calculate customers’ bills
• Answer customers’ questions regarding billed items
• Record totaled amounts, including expenses in restaurant’s database
• Inform customers about available modes of payments
• Take cash payments in exchange of services rendered
•Accurately take Guest orders by means of Phone, ensure that Guest name, Room number, time of Guest order and Delivery timings are clearly registered. Follow established phone courtesy standards and actively sell food and beverage using up-selling techniques. Receive guest restaurant reservations and requests for “Private Dining Room” according to established hotel standards
•Input Guest orders in Micros and issue guest check for each order. Ensure all special guest requests are very well explained to the kitchen via Micros. In case of guests with dietary restrictions inform the Manager on duty and the Chef.
•Coordinate guest amenities with Executive office and follow up with front desk and Housekeeping of any room changes, cancelations, do not disturb rooms.
