Working as Delta Operation Manager for Vodafone Project from 1-7-2013 Till 31-10-2017 and My Tasks were as Follow :


 Well studying and understanding of ALKAN SOW for all activities “PM, CM AND ANY OTHER TIMELY REQUIRED TASKS, then, Broadcasting such knowledge to all lower layers, Instructing, Following-up, Monitoring and control the processing of that
 Provide leadership and vision to: Lower layers Teams Leaders, TSU and Coordinators” to assist and lead all of them to achieve their targets within time keeping the quality of works at its highest levels according to SOW
 Coordinate with the Central Project Coordinator to prepare the PM plans, Keeping the execution of such plans being achieved in time with the highest level of quality according to SOW
 Follow Up All Repeated Alarms specially AC Alarms and Power Alarms
 Supervising the PM execution, Making internal audit visits and following up the reporting process
 Deeply supervising the CM tasks execution and monitoring the CM analysis
