Managing all works ongoing by the subcontractors and the site team and monitoring their performance. •Monitoring and assurance of the correct implementation of the project design, material, specs, and contractual requirements by subcontractors and suppliers. • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, international standards, and policies. • Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with the quality requirements.
- Design and prepare proposals for street lighting, Relocate electrical utilities for Batinah express way Project :
- Planning and scheduling of the project activities as per customer requirements & standards.
- Represent the Company when meeting with customer /vendor/consultant/local authorities.
- Coordination with Vendors / suppliers for timely receipt of materials at site as per contact schedule.
- Manage resources and expense to achieve contract completion budget & time frame
- Responsible for Execution of complete Project like Site Mobilization / Design & Engineering /Protection coordination & Procurement / Installation / T&C Coordination of Substation and Power Plant Equipments.
- Co-ordination with consultants for preparation and submission of design drawings in different stages for Customer review and approval.
- Meeting regularly with the Client, Subcontractors, and Consultants to monitor and coordinate all phases of the construction project.
- Monitoring safety performance and work quality and reporting to client and high management
- Develops good safety culture by ensuring that all personnel are trained or well briefed (method statements, risk assessments) in the tasks they undertake.

- Planning and scheduling of the project activities as per customer requirements & standards.
- Responsible for Execution of complete Project like Site Mobilization / Design & Engineering /Protection coordination & Procurement / Installation / T&C Coordination of Substation and Power Plant Equipments.

-Construction of main water pump station and 55 wellhead, installation of cathodic protection system for water pipe lines on DISI water conveyance project
