• Operation and maintenance for SDH and network equipment (switches, routers, IP phones, Servers,
AMS, Call manager …).
• Install and configure software and hardware.
• Manage network servers and technology tools
• Set up accounts and workstations.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Develop expertise to train staff in new technologies.

Accomplishments:

• Served as first point of contact for user concerns relating to technical issues.
• Successfully implemented and led 12 Centralize Printers project.
• Upgraded over 100 systems from HDD to SSD, which led to dramatically improving the performance of older computers.
