- Shop drawing preparation.
- Method statements and technical report writing.
- Preparation of project bill of quantity (BOQ).
- As-built drawing preparation.
- Tenders estimation
- MEP Coordinator ( in-charge of all MEP works in the field including Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumping, HVAC, Fuel Line& Piping)
Site Electrical Engineer :-
1. Represent the project at site and customer meetings and in technical discussion with Clients, Consultants, 3rd party agencies, Customers, Partners and Subcontractors.
2. Review / Study the criteria and specifications of projects and International Codes.
3. Pre site visit and coordination with site for as-built condition.
4. Prepare shop drawing and release to client for approval.
5. Review the commented drawings and arrange re-submittal.
6. Meet the client frequently to clarify any ambiguities at the design stage.
7. Coordinate with procurement department for materials selection and submittals.
8. Coordinate with suppliers and approve technical proposals /shop drawings.
9. Arrange site visits and suggest solutions for the problems arising from the site.
10. Quantity takeoff of electrical equipment/materials.
11. Coordinates and conducts all mechanical and civil works.
12. Identifies corrective and preventive actions and follow up with the implementation to enhance the progress and increase customer satisfaction.
13. Optimizes daily progress and reduce project costs.
14. Submits weekly and monthly reports.
