4. Preparing the bill of quantities and budget with items breakdown for each activity including cost coding.
5. Tracking contracts, scopes of work, purchase orders, as they relate to budget, contract commitments, schedules and progress
6. Preparing the actual cost and load it to the respective budget codes.
7. Preparing and updating the cash-flow diagram.
8. Controlling the performance cost for each ongoing item on monthly basis.
9. Finalizing the EAC (Estimate at completion) for each project.
10. Preparing the commercial report for each project in each certified IPC (interim payment certificate).
11. Preparing the presentations and attending the required meetings with the projects’ parties including top management and contactors.
12. Prepare the planning package
13. Searching for and leasing with the qualified contractors / suppliers for the different project disciplines to meet the project’s cost plan.
14. Preparing Material List for all items for Procurement and following up the procurement cycle till the material delivery and execution start.
15. Monitoring the subcontractor’s invoices and the new contracts (subcontractors or suppliers).
16. Coordinate with the designers and project team to receive the design packages and authorities’ approval on time
17. Revising the clients and subcontractors’ variations.
18. Find out cost solutions for any negatively impacted cost performance indices items.
19. Weekly site visits to follow up work progress upon recommendations.
