• Receive, analyze, and ensure that the up-to-date commercial freight data that we get from logistics companies is perfect.
• Convert customer data into business-required format.
• Working on different software like: Trello, Zendesk, Salesforce, DOMO, JIRA & ZOHO.
• Quality control and assurance of data.
• Understand Freightos product, its features and functions.
• Write and edit scripts and algorithms to automate data ingestion.

• Collaborated with the engineering team to perform repairs of installed systems and buildings.
• Performed maintenance, repairs and upgrades, including ballast and bulb changes.

• Collaborated with the logistics managers to draft better ways to deliver products between warehouses.
• Ensured that goods were delivered to and from suppliers, warehouses, distribution centers, retail outlets, on time and at the lowest possible cost.
• Controlled inventories and priced goods; responded quickly to changing market demands.
• Solved transportation issues; located alternative vendors when production or shipping impediments delayed delivery of goods.
• Monitored warehouse activities, delegating tasks and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety standards.
• Activated the offers on the cashier systems.
In our courses we learnt a lot about systems engineering, methods development, human resources, lean thinking, total quality management and statistical quality control as well. Additional courses that I’ve taken outside the curriculum, like Strategic Planning, Logistics and Supply Chain Management are also very helpful for this position.
