Responsible of the implementation and the application of the value added tax

- Follow up with sites accountants requests for petty cash cheques procedures .
- Preparing and fulfilling reconciliation of petty cash custodian balances on weekly and monthly basis.
- Checking, auditing and recording sites expenses reports received from sites accountants day by day and submitting the journal entry reports to the management .
- Accumulating and analyzing sites expenses for the purpose of decision making .
- Performing a continuous monthly comparison between actual and budgeted expenditures, and involve into making an efficient policies to maintain moving on the planned routes of expenditures .
- Following up with suppliers, performing suppliers accounts reconciliations .

Fulfilling accounting cycle procedures which includes recording daily entries, posting, preparing monthly trial balance, preparing financial reports and preparing all payroll statements .
- Achieving local & non local purchasing procedures which includes sending RFQ, prices negotiations, sending purchase orders, Quality checking up, receiving and recording purchase invoices .
- Performing costing and recording of purchases using Microsoft excel .
- Studying cost's trends and determining the policy of pricing .
- Holding and preparing inventory reports, obsolete inventory, stocktaking and the end of the period inventory reports .
