Perform the showroom daily cycle count according to the corporate plan.
 Adjust the system Qty according to the physical Qty in case of any need.
 Clear the negative on hand Qty’s on daily basis.
 Adjust the sub inventories Qty’s according to the physical status “Display, DRTV, Damaged, Maintenance, Scrap, Open box, Insurance, etc” cooperating with the section heads.
 Prepare all the documentations.
 Prepare the Monthly cycle count variances consolidated report.
 Receiving the Merchandise as per invoice and purchase order, and receiving and sending internal, external Transfers with accurate SKU and matching description with help .
Updating reports (Intransit as of day reports) to follow up any unclosed shipments
 Follow up with Suppliers to pickup of the Damage and RTV .
Preparing Vendor Receipt for the receiving from suppliers and tallying, finding any price difference and submitting them with Cash officer .
 Emailing & Solving any Issues relating to any Short and Over QTY in PO or Shipments .
