3-استخراج الرسومات الهندسية من الرسم المرسل من قبل العميل وعمل حصر به فى اسكتشات لتكون جاهزة للتصنيع بشكل يومى
4-اعداد كوادر جديدة لضخها فى العملية الانتاجية
5-متابعة سير العمل اليومى وكم الانتاج المتوقع والفعلى
6-التنسيق اليومى لادارة الانتاج مع الادارات المختلفة مثل المبيعات والمشتريات لسرعة تلبية مطالب الانتاج اليومية
7- متابعة التقارير الواردة يوميا من المهندسين الذين يعملون تحت ادارتى ورفعها الى رؤسائى فى العمل
