Under the supervision and support of the WBI, the regional coach will:
1- Meet with key high-level stakeholders within the Ministry of Local and Administrative Development, the
Head of the Egypt Taxation Authority and the Large Tax Payers Centre to be de-briefed on the challenges
that they anticipate.
2- Identifying results focus areas inside the pilot institutions.
3- Confirming an authorizing environment from the top management for further implementation.
4- Identifying key players and stakeholders who are concerned by the issues and / or who have the profile to
form the teams based on the challenges selected.
5- Shaping / pre-identifying some Rapid Results Initiatives (RRI) with the aim of implementing improvement
plans aligned with each institution KPIs.
6- Accompany the implementation of the RRIs and guide / alleviate possible blockages, facilitate
communication and support monitoring of progress.

TASKS
Under the supervision and support of WBI, the regional coaches will:
• Meet with key high-level stakeholders within the Public Sector Reform Unit, the Human Resource Management Office and the Public Sector Commission to be de-briefed on the indicators they must achieve before July and the challenges to this that they anticipate;
• Meet with and work in collaboration with the RRI teams to shape, and launch the RRIs such that they may be in a best position to meet DLIs required under the P&P project by July 2012. Deliverables emerging from the launch process shall be used to assist in monitoring progress throughout implementation to achievement;
• Accompany implementation of the RRIs and guide/alleviate possible blockages, facilitate communications, support monitoring of progress.
