(Logistic section):

➢ Manage In-bound activities related to the receipt, storage of Chemicals and Raw-materials, inventory management, warehouse productivity, customer relations, stock replenishment and interaction with other departments.

➢ Manage an efficient and cost effective operation of warehousing facilities and follow-up with vendors for delivering Materials based on the PO quantity.

➢ Receive the chemicals & Raw-materials physically and compare the Quantities with that of packing list quantities and notify the vendors about the partial shipments.

➢ Receive the Shipments and prepare OSDR for the discrepancies and post the material Transactions in SAP for GR/GI and GT to monitor all the SAP transactions on daily basis and generate SAP accuracy reports for management review.

➢ Summarize all the Materials required during the T & I period and constantly follow-up with vendors to deliver the materials as per the terms of the contract and receive material reservations from proponents and deliver the materials as per their requirements.
➢ Advise inventory control team to replenish the materials based on their consumption levels and oversee Out-bound activities related to order filing, order picking, shipping and accuracy assurance program through cycle counts..

➢ Administer for overall inventory accuracy, productivity and programs to ensure customer requirements.

➢ Monitor inventory flow through system, especially expedite and develop stock location and order picking strategies to optimize work flow, space utilization and labor productivity.

➢ Receive non-consumed chemicals from proponents under RTS and post the transaction in SAP and liaise with 3rd party logistics provider for stocking the chemicals.

➢ Supervises, schedules and trains personnel in the warehouse on ongoing basis and periodic review of operating procedures, practices and setting standards for overall efficiency of the warehouse and ensure safe operation for products, manpower and equipment.

(Warehouse section)

• Manage all storage of Chemicals, Raw-materials and spare parts activities related to the receipt, and serve as a single point of contact for warehouse operations and follow up over order Management.

• Summarize all the Materials required during the T & I period and constantly as per the terms of the contract and receive material reservations from proponents and deliver the materials as per their requirements.

• Supervises, schedules and trains personnel ongoing basis and periodic review of operating procedures., practices and setting standards for overall efficiency of the warehouse issues to ensure safe operation for products, manpower and equipment.

• Coordinate with the proponent to prepare OSDR for the discrepancies and monitor all the SAP transactions on daily basis to generate SAP accuracy reports for management review.

• Receive the chemicals & Raw-materials physically and compare the Quantities with that of packing list quantities and notify the vendors about the partial shipments.

• Coordinate & Monitoring the 3rd Party for stocking the chemicals of non-consumed items from plants under return to stock materials.

• Contribute Major T&I Shutdown as a WH team focal point, where 95% of On-Time delivery was achieved.
