HR STRATEGIC PLANNING
• Develop the organizational human resources strategy in compliance with corporate group strategy and meet the Company’s business needs.
• Designed the organizational structure, positions and process control systems in compliance to its strategic mandate from Group Executive Management Team, Top Management, and Departments down to its lowest job level.
Reviewed, amended and drafted job description and qualifications required for the staff of the Group Human Resources Department, C-level positions and across its subsidiaries.
• Formulated Strategic HR Developmental Plans, Policies & Procedures, synchronized Flows of Direct Reports, and a Competitive Pay Scale benchmarked to the Group of Company’s various business pipelines according to organizational objectives for implementation through the various section and subsidiaries, to align the HR Functions with the overall corporate strategy.
• Initiated program to retain and attract Saudis/Locals, maintaining the Saudization level complying with the Government imposed quota.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE & REMODELING
• Recommended an optimum organization structure for the Group HR and Administration Department so that resources are utilized, and communication can take place in an efficient manner.

BUDGETING AND PLANNING
• Recommended and led the preparation of the preliminary HR and Departments’ workforce budget; discuss options and justifications with line departments on workforce plans to meet their requirements.

MANPOWER PLANNING
• Monitored and maintained the plantilla according to the business objective.
• Set up the working methodology for succession planning analysis, implementation and monitoring.
HR INFORMATION SYSTEM/HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT
• Oversee the preparation of periodic reports and HR project progress reports, review and forward to the CEO to report on the overall performance and status of Group HR operations.
• Organized and formalized reports for HR & Admin operations intended to Management.
• Communicated with the IT Director, HR Director and its team for the implementation and improvement of Human Capital Management.

HR BUSINESS PARTNER (HRBP)
• Acted as an employee champion and change agent aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
• Served as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.
• Instill an innovative leadership among team members in areas of strategic HR and Admin operations.
• Built a strong HR and Admin team to ensure versatility and adequate succession cover.
• Implemented, oversee and addressed all HR & Admin related issues and concerns of the company.
• Achieved the “Platinum” level of Saudization by maintaining and complying with the Government imposed quota through the directives of the CEO.

CONTROL SYSTEMS, POLICIES, PROCEDURES, AND WORK INSTRUCTIONS
• Developed and established Group HR Policies & Procedures.
• Directed the development and oversee the implementation of Group HR Policies & Procedures, standards and controls, so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.
• Provided professional advice to CEO to ensure all HR and Administration policies are implemented accordingly.
• Established and institutionalized Company-wide HR & Admin Policies & Procedures.
• Established a standard Employment Contract aligned with the KSA Labor Law and to the HR Policies & Procedures.
• Established and standardized forms like Job/Post Description, Leave Form, Policies and Procedure Forms, etc. for quality assurance and control standards.
• Initiated the implementation of company-wide policy and strategy on retention, talent management and training.
• Handled the learning and professional development of an organization’s workforce.
• Equipped staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out work-related tasks.
• Delivered the training and arrange for a third-party trainer.
