- Review the design drawings, specifications and scope of work.
- Preparation of Detailed BOQ’s and Tender Packages for all electromechanical works.
- Prepare the Tender packages for tender request from sub-contractors and Suppliers.
- To coordinate with the subcontractor for the Submission of bid offers.
- Selection of Materials with respect to Specifications and drawings.
- Coordinating with the Consultant & Supplier for the submission of material samples and approvals.
- Technical and Commercial Analysis of bids received.
- Budget and Pricing Analysis for Electrical, Low current, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems.
- Prepared Direct Cost Estimation analysis for electrical works regarding building constructions.
- Compare the BOQ’s with Subcontractor and Suppliers.
- Technical support for site Top Supervision.
- Coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, for all interfaces and approvals.
- Reviews method statements to ensure that the sub-contractor proposal is feasible and will achieve the intended purpose.
- Review and approve sub contractor's payment in line with estimated work completion so that he can be paid for the actual work done.
- Reviews and approve Contractor's change order request and variation so that legitimacy and extent can be confirmed.
- Highlighting and clarifying discrepancies with the clients/designers in coordination with the superiors.
To establish a procedure for procurement, purchasing of materials, equipment’s and hired Sub-contractor.
-Responsible for procurement of all materials and subcontracts at the most advantageous terms and conditions, taking into account quality, price and delivery.
-Send inquiries to the approved suppliers or subcontractors after preparing request for quotation which consist of Specification, Drawings, and BOQ for Low current, High current, HVAC, and Fire Fighting.
-Submit the material submittals to the consultant/client (after reviewing) for approval.
-Release an order when we receive approved material.
-Select the potential bidders lists based upon the nature of the job from the existing data regarding contracts maintained in a data bank and ensure pre-qualification status.
-Draft contract documents to safeguard Company’s interest and ensure balanced fairness between the two contracting parties.
-Develop and prepare price schedules in line with agreed contracting strategies.
-Review and report on contractual deviations in bids.
-Carryout the commercial bid evaluations and establish the award recommendation.
-Study and evaluate claims and change order requests in accordance with contractual obligations and advise on appropriate measures.
-Establish and implement insurance administration within the projects in collaboration with Finance and Legal Departments.

-Government Complex in Makkah. (240 Million SAR).
-KSU Endowment (330 Million SAR).
-LAMAR Tower in Jeddah. (535 Million SAR).
Prepared Tender request for electrical works in construction projects.
-Prepared Direct Cost Estimation Analysis for Electrical works regarding buildings constructions.
-Technical support Engineer for site Top Supervision.

- Lighting system (Buildings, Streets, Bridges, Tunnels, hospitals) .
- Power systems, computer networks, telephone system, structural cabling networks, VOIP
system, DECT system .
- Fire alarm and voice evacuation systems applying BS and NFPA standards .
- A/V systems, Projection and Presentation Systems .
- Sound Systems, Public Address and Background Music .
- Conference, Voting and Interpretation systems.
- Clock system, MATV and CATV systems, CCTV Surveillance Cameras .
- Card access and Security systems .
Voice and Video Intercom System .
- Lightning and Earthing systems .
- Medium Voltage Networks including substations, switchgears, RMUs, MV cables, preparing
schematic diagrams, room's layouts, trenches, foundations, related civil works, all according
to local utilities requirements such as JEPCO and NEPCO in Jordan, ADWEA, DEWA and
FEWA in UAE, KAHRAMA in Qatar, etc .
o Preparing documents for projects including specifications, preambles, priced bill of quantities
and technical reports .
o Fulfill all International and local standards and regulations on electrical designs including:
- IEC, NEC, NFPA, CIBSE, IEE, BS, DEWA, FEWA, ADWEA, Saudi SEC, Etisalat, JEPCO,
NEPCO, JTG, ACC, Angola regulations, Libya Regulations (GECOL).
o Supervision :
- Check the contractor shop drawings .
- Contact the contractors, subcontractor and check their work executions .
- Performing site visits to the location of the project to give instructions and guideline to
contractors
