• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures and ensure all policies are in line with the group policies and comply with the local labor law.
• Accountable for Saudi payroll and all government processes and platforms in KSA.
• Manage recruitment and selection and ensure that vacancies are filled by the most talented people and in the most cost-effective manner.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Institutionalize Performance Appraisal and Development Feedback Systems, ensuring that these systems are used with all eligible employees.
• Ensure that proper travel arrangements (including airplane tickets, hotel reservations, visa processing, car rental, etc.) are made for employees and guests to avoid travel delays and to ensure high travel service quality.
Manage & track facilities CRs & Ministry of Commercial regulations & municipal licenses that related all company assets & employee's iqama & work permit new & renewals, such as visa management

-Develop a strategy to ensure that the company’s compensation and benefits scheme is highly competitive within the environment.
-Plan for Manpower Requirement in Co-Ordination with Departments Heads and ensure effective sourcing, recruitment, retention and Career Progression.

- Expert in Human Resources Development Fund (HDF)
-Monitor Training Policy to ensure its effectiveness in achieving Development Objectives.
-Maintain consistency in all Personnel related action in accordance with Company Policy.
-Monitor all government reports i.e. GOSI, Labor Office reports.
-Build and sustain effective relations with the different government sectors.
-Manage all internal HR reports and tracking reports i.e. vacancy lists, hiring update, termination update, monthly attendance sheets, requite documents for payroll, and vacation tracking sheets.
-Develop and ensure the efficient implementation of Personnel and Administration Policies, systems, communications and procedures. (Medical, housing, transportation, security etc.)
-Manage major changes initiatives in the business from a HR perspective to ensure that change is implemented effectively and efficiently.
-Institutionalize Performance Appraisal and Development Feedback Systems, ensuring that these systems are used with all eligible employees.

-Supervise the recruitment staff as well as the selection process in order to ensure a
timely organized and comprehensive procedure used to hire staff.
-Maintain the execution of all documentations for the candidates before / after
joining & coordinate with Systems section in order to issue the employee ID & other
related services.
-Recruit Saudis to achieve overall Saudization goals. -
Ensure the business meets its needs of overseas manpower. -
Reviewing, evaluate & modify all contracts related to manpower suppliers with all overseas agencies.
-Maintain communication & updating all overseas suppliers regarding the status of all new
candidates. -
New joining candidates (preparations of: air tickets, transportation, accommodation & all related
services).

-Contacting with units Heads for their manpower needs even overseas or local recruitment and
discuss Job descriptions and each job's competencies and provide them recommendations.
-Liaised with overseas recruitment agencies related to recruitment activities
-Manage complete recruitment process from sourcing (via LinkedIn, Gulf Talent, Bayt, & etc.., )
-Screening CVs and interviewing candidates.
-Execute face to face interviews for junior & mid-level posts, so that position is closed in timely
manner. Update and deliver weekly recruitment status reports. -
Attend Recruitment events and initiatives through the country as necessary.
-Draft salary proposals and send job offers to candidates.
-Draft employee contract and official offers.
