Sharing LCs with certain departments.
Analysis of LCs documents.
Any Clarifications of discrepancies with banks or with company departments.
Marinating the relationship with local banks trade departments to ensure that they deliver the best day-to-day requirements.
Advising received LCs to certain departments.
Following up with Banks on pending's payments.
Regularly meetings with current and new banks to maintain and ensure same level of services.
Ensure that all general ledgers accounts posted according to the IFRS.
Making all Arabic and English versions of financial statements.
Dealing with the auditors to meet their requirements.
Treating with all IT users as of the focal point for finance department (The power User).
Arrangements of closing activities for each period ends.
