 Handle all submission of export LCs documentation to the Banks for collection including both local & international LCs.
 Sharing LCs with certain departments.
 Analysis of LCs documents.
 Any Clarifications of discrepancies with banks or with company departments.
 Marinating the relationship with local banks trade departments to ensure that they deliver the best day-to-day requirements.
 Advising received LCs to certain departments.
 Following up with Banks on pending's payments.
 Regularly meetings with current and new banks to maintain and ensure same level of services.
 Ensure that all general ledgers accounts posted according to the IFRS.
 Making all Arabic and English versions of financial statements.
 Dealing with the auditors to meet their requirements.
 Treating with all IT users as of the focal point for finance department (The power User).
 Arrangements of closing activities for each period ends.
 Monitoring all accruals JE.
