Manage the implementation, configuration, deployment and ongoing support of the VMware vSphere server infrastructure hosting enterprise applications, and responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation, and the highest level of performance tuning and recovery procedures for mission critical enterprise systems. Serves as a technical expert in the area of system administration for complex operating systems. Recommends the redesign and configuration of operating systems and system applications. Investigates and analyzes feasibility of system requirements and develops system specifications. Identifies methods, solutions, and provides project leadership and management in order to provide a high level of service to the customers . Analyze and resolve complex enterprise system hardware and software problems; interface with peer teams and vendors to coordinate solutions and performs full supervision of Operations staff and provide on-call 24x7 support as needed
• Managing and monitoring the organization’s Virtual Environment (VMware ESXi) and Virtual Desktop from development through to ownership and associated support of production environments.
• Designing and implementing tools and processes to proactively monitor and ensure best practices, optimal access performance, and data security for HRDF environment.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting (storage and compute) performance and capacity, maintaining upgrades to virtual infrastructure including software and hardware.
• Creating VMware Design for new HRDF Data Center with Horizon View
• Upgrading VMware Vsphere 5.1 to Vsphere 5.5
• Upgrading VMware Vsphere 4 to Vsphere 5.1
• Build MSSQL 2012 Cluster Data Base with High availability on VMware environment on different physical host with RDM mechanism
• Converting Many Physical Servers to Virtual on VMware
