Follow up progress of work schedule, responsible for all aspects of a construction project, in charge of all the activities within the site, including planning, directing, and coordination. oversee all project design and monitor all inventories, also interact with clients, set expectations, and track changes to the scope of work.
Construction Project Manager/ coordinate all aspects of project will all subcontractors, involved in all packages of the project, follow up time schedule, qualifications, monitor and control budgets, invoices, subcontractors' packages, control execution works on site as per drawings and specs, update and report to client representative.

My responsibilities were to follow-up construction concrete works on site as per specs and according to issued drawings, control concrete and steel qualifications, Issued BOQ for all subcontractors, update improve and approve all updated architectural drawings as per client request, monitor and control all issued shop drawings for construction works on site.
- responsible to prepare licensed drawings and execution drawings according to American concept and specs, scheduled works according to budget and time, interacting with subcontractors, followup execution works on site to meet American standards, Install fixtures, equipment and furniture as American style, maintain execution works.
- My role was to prepare the concept to the client,
issued the drawings to achieve the municipality approval,
prepare execution drawings, monitor works on site. .
