*Identifying potential failures in manufacturing cables and relating them
to their root causes through FMECA (Failure Modes and Effects Critically
Analysis).
* Increasing the success rate of process trials by studying different
factors through design of experiments, where process trials are
experiments done in shop floor mainly when new process or material is
introduced.

*Petty cash founding and control
*Receive cash for deposit, verify amounts and check accuracy of deposit
slips.
*Count currency and coin received, by hand or using currency-counting
machine, in order to prepare them for deposit or shipment to branch

system, and redesigned it to optimize the number of workers and people who
are waiting in system and queue.
o Product Design & Innovation Management: Auto Dimming Head Light
Developed a design through combining automation, innovation and
ergonomics courses together to invent a system named Auto Head Light
Dimmer.
o Ergonomics: Studied the noise in Al Rawabi Dairy and suggested
improvements by using sound level meter (SLM) and to suggested
solutions and improvements for their problem.
o Design for Safety and Environmental Engineering: Moderate EMIC
Safety Issues and Checklists familiarity with safety issues and checklists
for Emirates Metallic Industries Company.
