• Planning Engineer - working on South Border Housing Project
(Project Contract’s Value = 4, 500, 000, 000.00 SAR - Client: MOI)

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepared revised schedules for all sites.
2. Prepare weekly, bi-weekly & monthly reports.
3. Develop and update manpower & equipments histograms.
4. Develop & update site progress S-curve & cash flow histogram.
5. Updating overall master detail schedules using Primavera P6 software.
6. Coordinating with the sub-contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule.
7. Develop and implement plan verses actual progress charts (histograms S curves).
8. Liaising with all team leaders to communicate required completion dates and interface between functional team, operational team and project team.
9. Participate in all meetings (i.e. progress review meeting, coordination meeting, management meeting).

• Planning Engineer - Façade works in Riyadh Metro Project, Line 1 & Line 2
(Project Contract’s Value = 300, 000, 000.00 SAR - Client: BACS)

Duties & responsibilities:
1. Prepare weekly reports.
2. Developing and updating manpower histogram.
3. Develop and implement plan verses actual progress charts (histograms S curves).

• Planning Engineer - Façade works in Riyadh Metro Project, Line 3
(Project Contract’s Value = 200, 000, 000.00 SAR - Client: ANM)

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Evaluating durations requirements for the Scope of Work, evaluating its resources & develop project schedule with logical sequences of engineering activities.
2. Updating overall master detail schedules using Primavera P6 software.
3. Coordinating with the sub-contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule.
4. Prepare weekly & monthly reports.
5. Developing and updating manpower histogram.
6. Develop and implement plan verses actual progress charts (histograms S curves).
7. Tracking & monitor of all activities and deliverable (such as engineering documents & reports).
8. Liaising with all team leaders to communicate required completion dates and interface between functional team, operational team and project team.
9. Participate in all meetings (i.e. progress review meeting, coordination meeting, management meeting).

A project consists of 3 villas

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Planning and coordinating the activities.
2. Supervising all personnel assigned to the site.
3. Maintaining an on-site petty cash fund.
4. Manage rework, repair, test and maintain equipment.
5. Manage records of all maintenance activities in accordance with contractual requirments.
6. Provide or assist in other related duties as required, including scheduling, quality
performance monitoring, etc.
7. Supervise all works related to the project and ensure that they are executed in accordance
with Client’s specifications.
8. Verify & document the site progress and draft necessary reports as needed.
9. Make daily report to the project manager using the company reporting formats and
procedures.
10. Coordinating with the Client’s site representative to ensure an efficient & satisfactory
roll-out of the sites’ work.
11. Supervised the handover process of the site.
12. Flexible to work for extra time.

A Project consists of two bridges and a tunnel
(The industry district intersection project)

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supervising personnel assigned to the site.
2. Manage rework, repair, test and maintain equipment.
3. Manage records of all maintenance activities in accordance with contractual
requirements.
4. Supervise works related to the project and ensure that they are executed in accordance
with Client’s specifications.
5. Make daily report to the project manager using the company reporting formats and
procedures.
6. Flexible to work for extra time.
