Sr. Project manager in several projects (Cloud projects- Application/Development projects - system integration projects - Cyber security projects)
- Produces a realistic schedule and develop time reserves.
- Identifies and analyzes requirements, risks for the project.
- Coordinate with PMO Officer to make sure projects are compliant with company’s policies.
- Measuring and comparing the project's Earned value against the planned value and actual cost.
- Monitor and track project performance through established KPIs.
- Resolve variances from the project management plan.
- Communicate with stakeholders internally/externally with Project updates and weekly progress reports.
My duties include, but are not limited to:
- Solving any conflict among the team or stakeholders.
- Solving the problems with the government sectors.
- Communicate with stakeholders internally/externally with Project updates and weekly progress reports.
- Following up the submittals and the performance appraisal of the project.
- Review contractor invoices before credence.
- Collecting and documenting all Lessons Learned.

• IDAS, LRDAS and SACS systems
