As HR Business Partner required to work as responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The successful HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

Responsible for Saudi recruitment. Sourcing specified calibre of engineers and professionals. Maintain relationships with agencies and universities. Full cycle process starting from sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. Working with hiring managers to insure their satisfaction of candidate’s quality.
•Co-coordinating with the Recruitment team in collecting employment offers.
•Preparing employment contract for Saudi & other expatriate employees.
•Help to resolve employees HR & contractual related issues.
•Preparing HR related letters for employees
•Support coordinating on employee related issues, such as renewal of iqama, re-entry visa etc.
•Maintain HR filing system
•Support mail & courier services.
•Coordinate with HR Business Partner to resolve employee related issues
•Guide employees with company policy & procedures
Self-motivated professional with 8+ years of experience in Administration & Recruitment areas of Human Resources. Extensive experience in general administrative activities, human resource management. Proficient in overseeing the HR process including human resource planning, recruitment, and general administration. Hands-on experience in HR Operations, Adept and proficient at handling day to day activities in co-ordination with internal / external departments for smooth business operations. Proficiency in supporting and sustaining a positive work environment that fosters team performance with strong communication and relationship management skills. A keen communicator and strategist with the ability to relate to the people across all hierarchical levels in the organization.
