Overview on the PPIC department functions and tools including; demand management, master data creation, material requirement planning, scheduling purchase requisition, production planning, and process order creation. Perform highly sophisticated detail study on the same department to create item master for, raw material, packaging material, semi-finished goods, finished goods, bill of materials, and master recipe. Understanding capacity planning such as, solids and liquids along with understanding standard output and labor hours, downtime analysis, creating process orders, releasing process orders, etc. Task activity including, the creation of a process flow document for the PPIC department and the research and development department with a flowchart from start to finish and use case diagrams and providing recommendations on how to improve the productivity
