Identifying training and development needs within the company through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments. Develop and implement the Career Management framework, policies, procedure and processes, ensuring that they are fully aligned with the RAC strategic and policy framework. Implement induction and orientation programs for the new hires. Prepare the training and development initiatives budget.
Designing and expanding training and development programs based on the needs of the bank and the individual. Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in the bank, such as line managers, and senior managers at board level. Considering the cost of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development Programs is becoming increasingly important. Managing the delivery of training and development programs and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the bank.
Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all Commission personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual. Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary. Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefit information to employees. Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students and temporary employees; and conducts new-employee orientations.
Develop and implement Hipo’s program for the high potential employees within the bank. Reviewing, revising & developing Career Path Program and support Training Center through linking the training plans with the Career Path by automating the OLM system. Develop the Management Trainees Development program.
