Title3: Production Manager: I was hired to manage the operation of the shop floor of steel structure and the McDonald’s sign boards. The main objective was to reduce the production cost, improve the quality, delivery dates and train the technicians.

Maintenance Engineer at Jordan Petroleum Refinery Company

The Refinery was divided into seven geographical areas of operation with seven supporting and maintenance areas. I was the maintenance Engineer for tank farm area.
The area covers 138 storage tanks with different types (cylindrical with floating, fixed and dome roof, spherical and bullet tanks) chemical treatment units, asphalt units, oil separator and the water wells.
I was responsible for all maintenance activities, periodic, emergency or expected maintenance. The maintenance included the rotating equipment (centrifugal, Screw, rotary, pneumatic pumps and air compressors), in addition to stationary equipments such as tanks, reactors, heat exchangers and other equipments. I was planning the shutdown activities of the units and supervising the works and participating in other refinery’s unit shutdown activities.
