Electro Industries Dubai belong to the same group of Electro industries which is located in Saudi Arabia, UAE and Qatar.
I was responsible for the group activities which include but not limited to sales operation specially in Road Depts in the three countries, client relationship, project management, and finance management, bank relationship specially in UAE.
Manage to establish a strong relationship with international suppliers in term of VMS, height detection system, way in motion and system integrators in Asia and Europe.
Electro group project portfolio is around 200 million Dollars.
Successful story of building new products line which is the ITS in the Saudi Market, where worked hard to establish strong partnership with different international suppliers in VMS from Europe and Asia, system integrator from Europe and many manufacturers. As the time marketing and convinecing our existing client to adapt these new products.
Established and achieved ITSS projects based on government tenders in street naming and numbering, street signage, gantries, cantilevers, variable message signs, as well as Height detection system and control rooms. Effectively priced the tenders and private projects, and recruited the engineering staff of the department
Oversaw all legal documentation, preparation to sign contract with the government, financing the operation, procurement of material, production, installation, invoicing and collection through a huge number of projects.
Built a strong team to execute this new technology by a local company in KSA market.
Establish strong relationship with all clients in government.
My duties are not only responsible for the sales and supply chain departments but also responsible for the human resource and finance departments. In such assignment, I am responsible for the whole sales operation from estimation, contract negotiation, signing, material purchase and supply till project handing over including project budgeting and financing.
In addition I am leading the process of building new company system in cooperation with QA/QC system and third party.
The company is a leading company in manufacturing Electrical product and electrical construcion.In 2008 Alfanar establish new indusrty in Ceramic, Aluminum, pre-cast and wood.
I was hired to establish the wooden factory which include hiring staff, studying the market, purchase the machine and run the production till it is profitable company.
Title 1:Sales and Marketing Manager: August 04-Present. I was promoted to sales & marketing manager of industrial & engineering components to manage the sales team, planning teams, designers and production. This department produce and sell injection mould, die casting moulds, press tools, plastic products and sheet metal. According to the great results of the first year in terms of sales increment and improving our customer satisfaction by increasing the quality and improving the delivery dates my responsibilities were increased to include steel fabrication, banking sector sign boards, international fast food chain sign boards and governmental tendering.
Title2: Procurement and Transportation Manager: Jul 02- Aug04, I was Managing the local and international purchasing of material according to the stores request and/ or the purchasing of machines according to the company expansion planes. I was negotiating the prices, payments terms, shipping modes, custom clearance and receiving the purchased items. In addition I was Following up all governmental issue regarding the exemption of material and machines. The yearly purchase order around USD 15, 000, 000.00
Title3: Production Manager: I was hired to manage the operation of the shop floor of steel structure and the McDonald’s sign boards. The main objective was to reduce the production cost, improve the quality, delivery dates and train the technicians.
The Refinery was divided into seven geographical areas of operation with seven supporting and maintenance areas. I was the maintenance Engineer for tank farm area.
The area covers 138 storage tanks with different types (cylindrical with floating, fixed and dome roof, spherical and bullet tanks) chemical treatment units, asphalt units, oil separator and the water wells.
I was responsible for all maintenance activities, periodic, emergency or expected maintenance. The maintenance included the rotating equipment (centrifugal, Screw, rotary, pneumatic pumps and air compressors), in addition to stationary equipments such as tanks, reactors, heat exchangers and other equipments. I was planning the shutdown activities of the units and supervising the works and participating in other refinery’s unit shutdown activities.
