o Ensuring quality management processes implemented and maintained.

o Establishing and implementing all inspection related procedures and plans.

o Monitoring all inspection activities including incoming, in process, and final inspections with rejection analysis report.

o Creating the project quality plans and inspection test plans (ITP).

o Implementing and reviewing standard operating procedures(SOP), work instructions, and forms.
o Evaluating, and improving the quality management system performance of the areas that need be improved and report the results to the Quality Manager.

o Conducting internal audit as per the audit plan and following up with the audit findings.

o Conducting Root Cause Analysis(RCA) and ensured the proper correction and corrective actions are implemented.

o Monitoring customer complaints, corrective actions, process NCRs, suppliers NCRs, and NCRs raised during internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities:

o All Incoming Inspection Activities (raw materials & sub-materials) and in- process Inspection including rejection analysis.

o Implementing all related procedures, work instructions, and forms related to production and inspection.

o Implementing process approach quality audit, customer complaint process and management review process.

o Investigating and Closing the NCRs that are raised during internal, external audit and customer compliant.

o Evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions for customer complaint, Process NCRs, and internal audit NCRs.
o Quality Management System (QMS): Maintaining the quality Documents, and quality system internal audit.

o Maintaining and controlling calibration records for all inspection equipment.

 Incoming Inspection: Conform the product with specification, data sheet and drawings, review of material test certificates, dimension details referring with Purchase Order and Customer Requirements.

 In process Inspection activities including Rejection analysis.

 Testing of Pumps: Pump Performance test and Net Positive Suction Head Test.

 Quality System : Maintain the Quality Documents, Quality system Internal auditing, Record maintenance follow up for the Calibration of instruments.
