•Cooperates with customer inquiries, agency inquiries and internally controls the market to provide competent solution.
•Provides creative, production, public relations departments with well-documented input.
•Prepare communication plan based on account needs, analysis, objectives and marketing strategy.
•Assist the management in their pitching & presentations to obtain the best image, ability and capability.
Coordinate the sales-team pipeline.
•Prepare offers and advertisements.
•Assist in coordinating the marketing plan.
•Coordinate showroom product displays.
•Customer service and inquiries handling.
Coordinate the Social media community management through supervise the best content creation and curation.
•Assist in building the annual marketing plan and brand strategy through positioning, research and value creation.
•Enforced brand marketing guidelines through each product to give a cohesive feel to each campaign
•Supervise and work on the brand identity with the creative team and copywriters.
•Seek- out the best partnership PR strategy to drive and achieve the best communication assets.
•Research markets includes the compititors offerings, pricing, trends to adjust marketing campaigns and next promotions.
•Prepare & supervise the weekly advertising & media campaigns for the individual’s department.
•Handling PR activities & seek opportunities with external parties to develop business and partnering for the universities department.
•Dealing with suppliers and second parties to keep on the annual marketing plan line.
•Follow up and taking care of all pioneer’s academy marketing materials.
•Support and work with the university department on monthly events plann and sponsorship.
