Extensive experience to lead team of Engineers and technicians for several specific projects technical and contractual meetings. Preparation of schedules and proposals, negotiation, project planning, scheduling, progress review / monitoring, and reporting to all concerned for successful completion of the projects within contractual time and costs without sacrificing quality and safety norms.
•Preparation of MIR (Material Inspection Report) and getting approval from Consultant.
•Preparation of WIR (Work Inspection Report) and getting approval from Consultant.
•Reviewing & understanding of Engineering design documents, drawings and quality Control procedures.
•Timely Execution of site works with optimum resources.
•Supervision of site activities and provide guidance to site Engineers.
•Arranging necessary resources (i.e.) Manpower, tools/Materials at project sites.
•Preparing project monitoring reports, etc.
•Arranging shortage/damage/replacement of materials at project site.
•Interacting with Customer/Consultant, Municipality & other government Departments.
•Reporting progress, highlighting hold-ups, etc. to Project Manager and to the related Groups / departments.
•Identifying and recording any problem relating to the product, process and Quality System in the operation and control
