• Leading both Procurement & Cost Control in all technical issues
• Review all claims/variation orders received from suppliers for its eligibility.
• Performs Architectural design and analysis for Design/Build contracts, coordinates the activities of the consultant, client and Amana in order to develop the compliant design as per the client requirements and obtain the approval of the authorities in the
Shortest possible time frame and within the job estimate developed by the Estimation department.
• Interfaces with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure the quick approval of drawings and materials compliant with the job requirements and contract.
• Review/Prepare clear bid packages including relevant engineering drawings, designs, Quantities, schedule, scope and specifications for bidding purposes.
• Checks and approves the compatibility of the Architectural, Civil, MEP and Subcontractor ensuring the resolving of any incompatibilities in coordination with the relevant parties.
• Review Feedback from clients on drawing, then design or alter projects to fit the client’s vision, brand, and business needs.
• Complies with and helps enforce project-specific policies and procedures.
• Evaluate potential problems, technical hitches and develop solutions
• Review material submittals and verify that they are abiding by standards, specifications, and local rules, codes, and regulations
• Responsible of the material submittals and approvals and maintains the log.

Preparation of tender documents including project statement of
work preparation, construction specifications, plans, bill of
quantities and schedules.
* Establishes the detailed project execution plan and the
development of the overall project engineering budget and
schedule (Using P6).
* Continually review the contractor’s construction schedule during
the progress of site works
* Liaising with Clients and a variety of professionals including
architectures and subcontractors
* Prepares engineering documents by developing construction
specifications, plans, and schedules.
* Provides engineering information by answering questions and
requests.
* Attend progress and technical meetings, discuss and suggest
technical proposals.

The above said project includes 304 sites inside the kingdom, and
my assignment where I was responsible for two sites (Traffic
section PT 12&Administration bldg Category C PT 3). Including
civil (All concrete work), architectural (block, plaster, tiles,
aluminum curtain walls, detention areas, false ceiling, paint),
externalwork (water& holding tank (concrete work, internal epoxy
waterproofing), curbstone, interlock, backfilling, electrical conduits
duct bank, fence).

Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned
engineering projects
* Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC
policies, performance standards and specifications
* Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule,
plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project
status
* Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
* Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and
other project participants to provide assistance and technical
support
* Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate
corrective actions
* Determines project schedule by studying project plan and
specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project
elements.
* Create implementation plans, then prioritize activities and closely
manage project milestones of assigned projects and of direct
reports’ projects. Identify options and contingencies to keep
numerous active projects on track. Focus direct reports on
appropriate activities after precisely defining scope of work.
• Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors;
• Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts
