Perform hands on activities related to Heat Exchanger reconditioning including: disassembly of units, plate cleaning, dye penetrant inspection, gluing of gaskets, assembly and pressure testing of the units.
Report the findings on the different inspection along the job and establish reports.
Always ensure to wear full PPE demanded by the nature of the work.
Use proper tools, equipment and procedures to perform the work.
Follow the guidelines mentioned in the reconditioning procedures.
Ensure safety during working execution.
Transfer tools, equipment, and supplies to and from the workshop and
other areas.

Disassemble broken equipment to facilitate, repair and
reassemble equipment when repairs are completed.

Install or replace Kitchen Counter-tops Solid Surface using hand or
power tools.

Examine and test equipment, components, and parts for defects to
ensure proper functioning.

I am responsible for servicing rotary steerable system modules after they have been used in oilfield drilling operations. This requires disassembling modules using hand tools, analyzing all components for failure or signs of wear, providing a written inspection report, reassembling the unit to specification, and qualifying it using a computer controlled test equipment. other duties like Work with engineering to develop and improve. assembly procedures and test documentation
Maintain hand written and computer records of critical components
Work with other technicians and reliability engineers to improve the design performance and cost of servicing of the system
I was responsible for conducting testing procedures during manufacturing processes to ensure products comply with quality standards.My duty is involved in the entire course of manufacturing.I inspect components before assembly, analyze trial products during development or test finished goods. During these processes, I record and analyze the results in order to decide whether to certify or reject specific products.
