➢ Having established packaging strategies on following categories: Flexibles, Solid Board, Corrugated and Paper with having generated savings of more than %12 in each with a total value of 2, 5 mio. USD (in between having developed 7 alternative suppliers in Packaging)
➢ Having led the Nestle Continuous Excellence in procurement and re-defined the critical measures and strategic road for 2016 of Procurement in Nestle Middle East.
➢ Having initiated and led the Vendor Managed Inventory project for efficient deliveries and sustained a system of having no stock coverage for the direct materials in factory or in Warehouse.
➢ Having co-led the project of sugar and defined the strategy of alternative sourcing in Dubai
➢ Leading the direct material sourcing of new factories to be established in Dubai in 2015.

As a project manager having completed three different projects (deliverables in generating business & cost improvement)
- Established business plan for a new business unit to be established in 2011.
- Added value by improving costs 23% in a 2 Mio. Euro budget for import business (awarded on Excellence by Nestlé CPW business)
- Added value by improving more than %20 saving in a 3, 6 Mio.TRY-merchandising POP business.
➢ After transferring to Procurement, in the first year, initiated a new marketing deal with packaging suppliers and having the most added value with more than %1.3 savings in total spend of 31 Mio. TRY not even without adding any additional costs in the whole initiative.
➢ Successfully generated more 4 mio Euros savings; consecutively outweighing the target in each year from 2009 to 2012 (incl.2012)
➢ In 2010 having led regional packaging sourcing project covering 8 Nestlé countries with a total budget of over 23 mio. Euro and finalized successfully with more than %13 savings (3 mio Euro) outweighing the target by %7.
➢ Having led NCE (Nestle Continuous Excellence) Goal Alignment project for the whole Procurement department and established the framework for categorical improvement and sustainable performance measures.
