potential investors and contact existing or prospecting customers and establish / maintain a good work.
•Plan for daily phone calls to reach 15 potential interested clients in Azizi developments and follow up with them via necessary channels to conclude deals.
•Sourcing out clients through different type of channels like networking & agents.
•Prepare property presentation and communicate skillfully about the company projects.
•Attending clients and arranging site visits.
•Accompanying clients to the site and explaining the specifications of the Property
•Coordinate with other colleague and departments to have a proper smooth sales transactions/ deals.
•Present daily activity report and present it to the management.
•Signing Real Estate Brokers and training them on our Development.
•Attending Kiosk at the assigned malls by management.
Job Profile:
•Source out leasing inquiries through direct and indirect sources.
•Negotiation of all leasing transactions and finalization of lease contracts.
•Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure completion.
•Undertake property viewings with potential tenants.
•Lead and update the status report and schedules for all properties phases.
•Assist with all the administration work for Property Department.
•Manage the flow of all lease related documents.
•Maintains files to ensure that documentation is up to date at all times.
•Prepares various leasing supporting forms for managerial approval.
•Represent the company in the highest professional and ethical manner at all times.
•Coordinate all legal, finance and administration matters between departments.
•Ensure approvals and authorizations from official entities and authorities are executed.
Job Profile:
•Negotiation of all leasing transactions and finalization of lease contracts.
•Leased and managed more than 200 units in different freehold areas in Dubai.
•Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure completion.
•Undertake property viewings with potential tenants.
•Lead and update the status report and schedules for all properties phases.
•Assist with all the administration work for Property Department.
•Handle all legal and tenant disputes files in Dubai Land Department and RERA.
•Schedule and supervise inspections and maintenance programs.
•Manage the flow of all lease & maintenance requests related documents.
•Maintains files to ensure that documentation is up to date at all times. n
