• Supervises his subordinate staff members in the execution of their responsibilities.
• Monitors, reviews, comments and reports on progress payment, quality control and safety.
• Logs and monitors all contractors' submittals. (Correspondence and shop drawings) to assure timely response and process change and field orders for reviews by construction manager.
