Ensure that product conforms to customer requirements and ISO 9001 requirements.
- initiate and make recommendations for the continuing development and improvement of inspection plans and quality control procedures.
- Ensure that changes and current revision of documents and DWG are identified.
- Assign and supervise the activities of QC inspectors (civil works / finishes work plaster, painting, flooring, partitions, suspended ceiling, wall cladding, insulations, paving, etc…).
-Follow up all materials approval, Sampling and testing.
-Follow up laboratory and site test.
-Follow up equipment calibration.
-Perform internal Audites as per planned schedule.
- Control of documents and prepare for certification.
- Control of nonconforming product and taking action to eliminate the detected nonconformity .
- Determine the causes of nonconformity and reviewing corrective action taken
- Generate preventive action to eliminate causes of potential nonconformities .

Jop description:
-monitor and follow up structure works.
-arrange and mange all site facilities for enabling works.
-follow up and mange supervisors.
-generate schedules and follow up required manpower and materials.
-ensure that the work flow as per planning schedules.
- generate progress reports.
- follow up works and QC inspections.
- generate concreting schedules.
-Design Engineer for structures ( villas, malls, administration building &show rooms) which comply with the strength, functional, durability and economical criteria established for the project.
-prepare design criteria related to the structure such as: intended use of the building, loading, materials of construction, stability codes and standards used in the desgin.
-liaise/coordinate with other departemnts and specialist consultant / contractor to incorporate their requirements.
